It was a real pleasure photographing Anushka & Sean’s wedding at Bristol Registry Office on the 17th October 2021. It’s the first time I’ve captured a couples wedding and actual engagement (Sean secretly proposed to Anushka during a portrait shoot)! After their ceremony, we walked over to Castle Park for some family formals and their special couple shots 🙂

Kelsey & Lee finally had their wedding day at Bristol Zoo Pavilions on Saturday 25th September 2021. Like many couples, there’s had been postponed several times due to the pandemic, so it was even more special being able to capture their day. Bristol Zoo is such a lovely venue for a wedding and it was great being able to make use of their stunning gardens… it’s such a shame that it’s closing next year!

Laura & Mike had their 2nd wedding day at the Trinity Centre in Bristol on Friday 24th September 2021. Originally, their big day was planned for August last year. But with COVID restrictions in place, they decided to have a mini wedding day and kept the main wedding celebrations, with all their friends and family for this one!

Hannah & Thomas had their wedding day at St Tewdrics House in Chepstow on Saturday 18th September 2021. Like many couples right now, theirs was postponed (broken world, coronavirus), so it was fanatic to finally photograph their day! It was my first time shooting at St Tewdrics House and I loved every minute of it (the venue is so pristine). Their day was lovely to capture from start to finish. I particularly enjoyed photographing the evening shoot (love the fountain)… and the sunset through the tree’s was a bonus 🙂

Louise & Tony had their wedding day at the stunning Thornbury Castle on Friday 10th September 2021. It was a real pleasure capturing their day. They had a lovely intimate wedding day with their close friends and family in the newly renovated Tudor Hall… which looks fantastic now, so fresh!
Marcie & Martyn had their wedding day at Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel in Winterborne on 29th August 2021. During the wedding breakfast, an Unexpected Wedding Singer made a surprise appearance (Marcie secretly arranged this)… The stunned reaction on Martyn’s face was priceless… and the singer ‘John Prescott’ was amazing! Within no time, the quiet atmosphere change to mass singing and dancing! So much fun capturing these!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of capturing Chloe & Tom’s wedding day at St. Andrews Church in Clevedon, followed by their celebrations at Walton Park Hotel. Their day started with Chloe’s morning preparations at Walton Park Hotel and continued through to the end of the first dance. They also had a videographer called Ashlee (www.warfifilms.co.uk), who was a great laugh to work with! The water at Clevedon may not be the best, but the sea view sunsets are stunning!

Today I had at the pleasure of capturing Dana & Richard’s wedding day at Egypt Mill in Nailsworth on Saturday 14th August 2021. Dana & Rich is a lovely fun couple. Their day was fantastic to capture, from start to finish. Despite a little rain in the morning, the sun came out in time for their outside wedding ceremony. During the reception, the boys tried out a little hat throwing… whilst they pulled it off well, the catching part was far more entertaining 🙂

Honor & Daniel had their wedding day in the beautiful grounds of Radford Mill Farm in Timsbury, on Wednesday 11th August 2021. Honor & Daniel symbolised their marriage with a Handfasting Ceremony at Radford Mill Farm. During the Handfasting, family members looped ribbons over their hands (the celebrant tied these together). Upon pulling their hands apart, the ribbons formed an infinity knot, symbolising eternal love. This is where the expression ‘tie the knot’ comes from!
