I had an amazing time capturing Carmel and David’s wedding day on Tuesday, 18th February 2025. Their ceremony was at the picturesque St. John the Evangelist Church in Bath, and the reception and evening party were at Elmhay Park, part of the Orchardleigh Estate. I started my coverage with Carmel getting ready in the morning and kept going all day until their beautiful first dance. The weather was lovely, with sunshine all day, but it was also quite cold. Despite the cold, we still managed to get some fun group photos and couple shots outside.

As with many recent weddings, I was thrilled to surprise them with a wedding highlight film. I’m a photographer at heart, but I’ve started to really enjoy making these highlight films. I think video can often capture the emotion and energy of a moment in a way that photos can’t.
